Claims for damaged product must be reported to Compucycle within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns:
Compucycle products are shipped with void if removed stickers. Removal or tampering with the sticker will void any warranty and any right to a refund.
You must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning product.
Any return without an RMA number, as well as returns due to remorse, use error, or refusal to take delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and damage due to poor or insufficient packaging for returned equipment.
