Features

Etching
- Nitric acid, Concentration 0.5~1% Temp. : room temp., Time : 5~10sec.
- HCI, Concentration 1~3%, Temp. : room temp., Time : 5~10 sec.
- Sulfuric acid, Concentration 1~3%, Temp. :room temp., Time : 5~10 sec.
Caution
Relation between appearance and corrosion resistance when conditions change
Chromating and corrosion resistance test are as follows.
- Thickness of plating solution : More than 5μm in acid galvanizing and alkali zinc plating.
- Chromating condition : 70ml/liter, 35°C, 30sec. on the basis of HyC-801.
- Corrosion resistance test : Successive spraying of neutral salt water for more than 240 hours.
- Indication of corrosion resistance : Indicatied as less than 5% of white-blue color.
- Drying method : Washing with more than 60°C of hot water and drying by hot wind
