1, Slit nozzles and flow duct

The liquid is sprayed by wide slit nozzles mounted on the upper and lower sides in the manner of expanding fabrics.As this system minimizes the friction to the fabric, it is vary suitable for processing delicate fabrics. The nozzles and flow duct are widely designed for two ropes to be fed simultaneously. As the liquid is overflowed because of large flow, the fabric is fed smoothly.

2, Fabric stacking chamber

Double stacking chamber, being of punched duct structure, is so installed that dyeing liquid is easily separated from the fabric. Thus, the fabric is fed and transferred smoothly and stably without entanglement.

3, Large flow centrifugal pump

A low-press, large-flow centrifugal pump is low-powered but provides high suction performance. Therefore, it allows smooth liquid circulation even under a severe suction condition.

4, Sliding-down type working door

The working door is of one-touch sliding-down type for easy working. No leak occurs as it is equipped with a perfect packing device.

5, Cloth interruption alarm

If cloth is caught by nozzles or winch reel, it detects the cloth being caught, stops the machine and gives an alarm
