�MACHINE
DESIGN :

This type is manufactured rigid frame of welded steel construction. This excentric shafts and balancing wheel in oil box transmit the vertical motion to the needle beams via push rods.
As drive elements(excentric shaft. balancing wheel. etc) moves in a oil box. noise and vibration can be lowered.
Needle beam and stripper plate are adjusted by a gear reducer.
The machine is mounted on vibration isolotors and without foundation thus a plane concete area. which can take the weight of the machine is sufficient.

Quick change of needle board by locking screw bars.
