Wireless Communication Testing Equipment Description

The SG-1710 is a micro-processor controlled, single-loop synthesized signal generator that has a specified frequency range from 200KHz to 1000MHz.

Standard features include a very broad 100KHz peak FM deviation, an exclusive AutoCal self-calibration function, estensive user diagnostics, an automatic power up test sequence, and non-volatile memory locations to store up to 300 different complete front panel settings.

The operator may recall the next complete front panel setting above or below the current one by pressing a single key
Frequency, modulation and output level maybe increased or decreased in discrete steps, programmed by the operator
The GPIB address for the SG-1710 and the end of string terminator maybe programmed from the front panel
Frequency and output level maybe programmed from the front panel
All operational controls are located on the front panel
Controls include keypad switches and a rotary knob for entry of all RF output numeric parameters
The rotary knob for entry allows easy, continuous fine tuning of analog control
