VKD-1900 Assembly Machine Description

This machine gives a spiralling shape to spring by forming
carbon steel wires with a thickness of 1,3 - 1,4 mm.
At the entry and exit edges the special shape is
automaticlly performed.
Capacity : 25.000 to 30.000 units of spring in 8 hours of
production in VKD-1100 and VKD-700 models spiralling speed
is increased to provide 30 percent higher production volume.
