MICRO-EXTRUDER MIXER Description

Micro-Extruder/Mixer(RHEOSCAM)

A small machine to be placed on a table or laboratory stand, specially designed for
research laboratory and micro-production purposes.

Its operation requires a minimum of material.

The loss of material during start-up, stop of the tests or production, as well as cleaning,
represents only 5 to 10g.

It is designed for easy and quick dismantling and cleaning.

All components of the standard model, which are in contact with the product are made of
nitride treated steel, or so specific steel, option depending on the material to be extruded or mixed.

This machine is adaptable for the use in various MEDICAL and PHARMACOLOGICAL fields as well as
PLASTIC INDUSTRIES.

Control of material parameters :

Material pressure mesure.
Material temperature mesure.

Control of mechanical parameters :

Torque variation mesure on the screw or the blades.
Absorbed energy.

Accessories

Extruder VM 20 and 25(output 80/120 g/hour minimum)-stuffing device and anti-arch device.
Blade mixer (capacity:30 to 75cm3).
