MIC-3 Ion Chromatography Description
This is no problem with the combined Metrohm anion/cation IC System. Two completely separated channels which can be controlled by software either simultaneously or independently of one another allow optimal work at a very high performance level.
The outstanding capabilities of this system- high signal-to-noise ratio, auto-zero function, range and full scale adaptations, low-pulsation pump system, etc. - allow sample preparation to be dispensed with where a preconcentration technique would normally have to be used. This simplifies and accelerates work and helps to save costs.
Suppression only in cases where it is necessary - for the determinations of anions. The ?SM?is pressure-resistant and almost completely solvent-resistant. Even sulfuric acid at a concentration of 2 mol/L does not affect it. This means a long working life and low maintenance costs.
