Exhausting Machine Description

The function of the machine is to
remove all impurities from the inside
of the pinch sealed lamp by a sequence
of vacuum and inert gas flushing
positions prior to obtaining a final
vacuum in the lamp and then to fill
the lamp with Halogen gas to a pressure.
Such automaticprocesses are provided as
washing, lighting, exhausting, sealing of
Halogen gas into a bulb cooling with
liquid N2,tipping-off and unloading.
