| TAH Air Header Systems The TAH air header systems, patent pending, are the first aluminum extruded air headers released in the world market. Supplied fully assembled with the new design full immersion type pulse valves, TAH air header systems offer the highest possible air flow efficiency available in the market. By using a specially designed anodized aluminium barrel fitted with aluminum diecast end sections, the TAH air header systems are fully assembled and factory tested prior to shipment. All we need to know is your specifications for quantity and size of pulse valves, pitch between valve centres, and orientation of mounting feet. The TAH air header even comes fitted with a drain cock, main air isolator and pressure gauge and all pulse valves are fitted with push fit pilot tube connectors. The system is ready for installation. Quite literally, using the TAH system means we do it all for you! The TAH system is designed to operate in conjunction with the new TNS timer / pilot assemblies, which are available as 6, 8, 10, and 12 valve enclosures. The TNS series timer enclosures are fitted with the new fully encapsulated PM63 pilot valves which have the highest performance(Cv) of any pilot valve on the world market. Up to 5 metres of pilot tubing can be used for pulse
valve connection and a spare fitted PM63 pilot can also be connected as
auto drain valve to prevent water buildup in the air header. |
