The male body is hardened for long life. Our
models are manufactured to comply with the ISO 5675,SAE
J 1036, and ISO 7241-A  international standards.
Pimak hydrolic quick couplings are manufactured in
1/4", 3/8",1/2", 3/4", 1.1/2", 2" BSp sizes as
standard.Metric and NPTF threads are available on
request.
The valve of the Pimak couplings is specially
constructed to prevent external leakage during
the most arduos operating conditions.The valve stop
is machined from aluminiumalloy to withstand the
forces exerted by high flows whilst still maintaining
very low pressure drops.
Nitrile O-ring seals with ptfe back up rings are
used througout as per the ISO, SAE, and TS
standards. Silicon rubber or viton seals can be
fitted on request.Also we use teflone backup ring
in our couplings.
Pimak hydrolic quick couplings are designed to
withstand 4 times the recommended operating
pressure.Every component is tested to double the
operating pressure for leakage.
