Imagesetting films provide a consistent high quality standard for colour separations, line art or text. They are available in all standard sheets, rolls, sizes and packaging to match the specifications of all leading brands of imagesetters, recorders and scanners on the market. Ferrania films are compatible with the most widely used rapid access processing chemicals and processors on the market.
- HN/RLD
HN/RLD Film is designed for use on imagesetters/recorders/scanners equipped with both Helium Neon(HN) laser emitting at 633 nm and Red Laser Diode (RLD) emitting at 635/650/670 nm. It is negative-acting, high contrast and red sensitive. HN/RLD Film is coated on a 0.10 nm/4 mil and 0.18 mm/7 mil base. Matt surfaces available.
- SLD Film
SLD Film is designed for use on imagesetters equipped with Light Emitting Diode(LED) at 660/680nm. It is negative-acting, high contrast and red sensitive. SLD film is coated on a 0.10mm/4mil base.
- NIR Film
NIR Film is designed for use on imagesetters/recorders/scanners equipped with an intrared Laser Diode emitting at 780nm. It is negative-acting, high contrast and infrared sensitive. NIR Film is coated on a 0.10mm/4 mil base.
- AI Film
AI Film is designed for use on imagesetters/recorders/scanners equipped with Argon Ion(AI) laser emitting at 488nm. It is negative-acting, high contrast and blue sensitive. AI Film is coated on a 0.10mm/4 mil base.
CONTACT AND CAMERA FILMS
Contact and camera films are designed for camera line and contacting applications. All films are coated on permanent antistatic polyester base with optimum dimensional stability. Films are available in standard sheets and rolls.
- DRC Contact Film
DRC Contact Film is a negative-acting, high contrast, Ultraviolet sensitive film for contact work under room-light conditions. The film is coated on a 0.10mm/4 mil base.
- DRD Contact Film
DRD Duplicating Film is a positive-acting, high contrast, ultraviolet sensitive film to produce high quality contact positive-to-positive or negative-to-negative using ultraviolet exposure sources, DRD Duplication Film is suitable for handling under room-light conditions and it is available on a 0.10mm/4mil base.
- CAF Film
CAF Camera Film is a negative-acting, high contrast, projection speed film for camera line and contaction applications. CAF Camera Film has a blue sensitive emulsion and it is available on a 0.10mm/4mil base.
