INTENDED USE
The NEOBIO Syphilis Card is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antobody to Treponema pallidum (Syphilis) in human serum or plasma.

Store devices at room temperature (2~30°C)

Sensitivity
The NEOBIO Syphilis Card has been evaluated with specimens obtained from patients with clinical symptoms which were also positive by ELISA syphilis test and TPHA(Treponema pallidum Hemagglutination Assay). A sensitivity of 99.2% was obtained with these specimens
when compared with these methods.

Specificity
The NEIBIO Syphilis Card has been evaluated with specimens obtained from healthy patients who scored negative in ELISA syphilis test and TPHA. A specificity of 99.5 % was obtained with these samples.
