General Introductions
Japanese B encephalitis (JEV) is a mosquito-borne viral disease in animal and human. The genome of JEV is single-strand RNA containing 10,976 nucleotides corresponding to 3432 amino acid residues. The structural protein are envelope glycoprotein E, non-glycosylated envelope protein M and capsid protein C.
