Compucycle reserves the right to determine the best method of shipment for equipment that cannot be shipped via FedEx.
Residential addresses: A surcharge may be applied for large quantity orders.
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours.

Upon request, you will receive the tracking number of your shipment via email to enable you to track your order.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska- please contact customer service for shipping charges.
If you wish to use your own FedEx account, please provide the necessary information, we may require a packing fee.
Winning bidders may elect to collect equipment from our Product in Jakarta.
Claims for damaged product must be reported to Compucycle within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns:
Compucycle products are shipped with void if removed stickers. Removal or tampering with the sticker will void any warranty and any right to a refund.
You must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning product.
Any return without an RMA number, as well as returns due to remorse, use error, or refusal to take delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and damage due to poor or insufficient packaging for returned equipment.
