PTC Thermistor Description

PTC( Positive Temperature coefficient of Thermally Sensitive Resistors) thermistors have characteristics which exhibit a specific increase in resistivity above the Curie temperature(Tc).
The element resistance changes according to the ambient temperature and then converted into electrical signals and can be used to detect temperature change.
