We have a PAINLESS process:
1) Once the seller receives the ICPO or LOI he will issue a Performa invoice.
2) The buyer will then draft only the terms and conditions for the L/C and give them to the seller for review. If the terms are not agreed upon then both sides must negotiate the terms. This is the longest process.
Please make sure the buyer does not draft the REAL BANK L/C until both sides agree on the terms.
3)The Irrevocable Transferable Letter of Credit must be issued to the sellers bank Bank of America. Please remember that the L/C can only be transferred once.
4) Once the L/C is processed the customers order will begin.
5)The FOB point is Hong Kong
6)All documents will be in order as well as the inspection of the goods.
7) After inspection is complete and every term on the L/C is satisfied, then the funds are released to the seller.

4. The merchandise has to be delivered to ___________________ (buyers name) designated Freight Forwarder in Hong Kong and inspected by them before shipping.
5. The Seller has to certify in writing that knowingly or unknowingly there are no restriction on these goods imposed by the manufacturers to import them to USA.
