Feature
- Yankee dryer is the key part for tissue machine. Samyang has the long experience of the Yankee since 1980 with own foundry shop and the only manufacturer to meet the dynamic needs of customers requirement in Korea. The yankee is very complex structure to require safety and reliability for using high steam pressure. Samyang yankee is designed and manuafactured in fully comply with ASME code regulation for the safety . Recently developed high thermal conductivity material for the shell is possible to reduce production cost and increase productivity.
Description
- The conventional type of two tier dryer section, paper would be forwarded as two rows on the heated cylinders. Canvas will add pressure to the paper and increase heat transfer to the paper from the cylinder. By installing additional spoiler bar, energy transfer would be increasing and CD profiling is better.
The drying rate would be effected by the cylinder quality, steam temperature, heat transfer rate from cylinder to paper, room moisture condition. The high evaporation would be possible when the paper run between the cylinder to cylinder.
