Electrostatic Bell Description
In the electrostatic bell painting, making paint pigment small is up to centrifugal force. Centrifugal force is controlled by rotational frequency of the bell. The maximum rotation frequency by air turbine is 60,000 rpm and air turbine is made of special aluminum alloy and stainless steel and there is a special bearing in the inner space.
Electrode high voltage is supplied by high voltage generator. We use generator produced by Binks. It supplies fixed voltage and permits great efficiency.
Safety circuit gives safe painting work.
