VCI films

VCI films Description

VCI films are manufactured by VCI coupling and mixing with polyolefin. It can emit antirust articles forming protective film in the metal surface, which is only a few molecules or even one molecule thick and can effectively prevent the water and oxygen to occur the electrochemistry reaction at the metal surface from metal corrosion. VCI films accord with the demands of American Mlitary standard MIL-B-22019C and MIL-B-22020C.
The Period of anitrust validity:
We can manufacture all kinds of products with the period of antirust validity varying from 6 months to 8 years according to the requirement of customers.
The application range:
Metal materials, axletree, metal tools, accessory, mechanical assembled products and equipments in storage or transport process.
Instruction for use:
1) Make a plastic bag ( or auto-sealing plastic bag) with VCI films and put metallic products in it, then seal it.
2) Line a container with VCI films, and put metallic products in it. Then pack it with normal package method.
3) Make a specialized package with VCI films according to the shapme and size of packed products, then seal it
