Description

• Check that electrical power source is rated 220V,50/60Hz
  
• Turn upward square electric leckage breaker(E.L.B)located at left center
  
• Only meter No.1 of the 4 meters, viz No.3, and No.4 is raised to    GEREEN color
  
• Press red button at side and meter No.3 is raised to GREEN.
  
• At this time, meters No.2 and No.4 should remain at ZERO POINT.
  
• Press foot switch
  
• Meter No.4 is raised to GREEN to indicate normal operation.
  
• At this time, front part of hom is smooth and operation will be smoothly    carried out.
  
• Always have meter No.4 indicate GREEN by turning PHASE handle with foot S/W    pressed, when HORN is replaced. if not successful, repeat procedure detailed in paragraph 9.
  
• Air pressure entering cylinder is to be 2 to 3 kg/cm2
  
• If meter No.4 indicates RED color, overload switch will trip, or fuse will bum out du to excessive current load. If not successful; First replace HORN, or read just with PHASE handle.
