We are a metal molding factory located in the famous manufacturing city Dongguan China. we owns two factories one for molding ,one for press process .Total employee 300 ,23 for molding design ,142 for engineering techniques ,115 for pressing,18 for testing.
We apply the PressCAD for molding design and there are many advanced precise machine in factory including 6 sets EDM lag wire-cutting(from Japan),10 sets wire-cutting ,4 sets CNC maching center ,50 sets precise grinder. Press machine include 5 sets 160T-300T two points automatic press,12 sets 110T-160T automatic press ,28 sets 16T-60T press and we have 1000x800x500 three dimensional inspection machine and ultrasonic cleaner .
Our main products include: robotic ,single-operation die ,compound die ,progressive die for auto parts.computer casings and copier fittings we are the designated mold supplier by many large scale corps.
We attach great importance on our quality control and perfect our management system .we are certified by ISO9001:9002.we take customers satisfactory as our most important index for employee?s performance and instruct staff to coordinate with teamwork.
