ICE BUCKET Description
1. The ICE BUCKET needs both water and ice to operate in approximately equal quantities. Place the bottle to be chilled into ICE BUCKET, add a least 300gm of ice (approx. 1 tray) or preferably 600gm of ice (approx. 2 trays) a rough guide is 1 tray in winter and 2 trays in summer.
2. Then add tap water (run tap first to ensure the water is cold) up to the shoulder of the wine bottle. Allow two inches clear between water level and top of unit.
3. Fit power lead and plug the transformer into a power point. Always ensure the power lead is securely plugged in to the ICE BUCKET.
4. Set timer to the selected time 5,10,15,20 ? the longer the time the colder the wine. Minimum time 5 minutes. (Time can vary dependent on the temperature of the bottle prior to placing to in the ICE BUCKET, however the temperature of the water in the unit is the minimum temperature the wine will chill to.)
5. Place bottle into ICE BUCKET.
6. Once timer has stopped, unplug the lead from the unit and bring ICE BUCKET to the table to keep wine cool while serving. (ICE BUCKET can be used any time as a normal ice bucket.)
7. Further bottles can be chilled but. You may have to add more ice and water to ensure optimum chilling.
8. After use unplug and empty the contents down the sink, then leave unit upside-down and allow to dry.
