Features

• TAB spacer tapes for flexible PCB films are embossed PET films whose surface is coated with conductive / dissipative conductive polymers for ESD protection.
  
• It can eliminate black conductive particles from carbon black coated spacer tapes, so that the breakdown and leakage failure rate of flexible PCB films can be reduced drastically. It has high transparency of >90% to visible light (550nm) and can be recycled more than 10 times of ultrasonic washing in IPA.
• TAB spacer tapes for transportation are available, whereas those for processing are under development. TAB spacer tapes of specified dimension are produced, although films of up to 1350mm width and 1300m length Product code: DF125T) are available.
