Features

• Heat sealable cover films for IC chip carrier tapes using conductive polymer
• Surface resistance of both surfaces is in the range of 10E6-10E7 ohms, an optimum surface resistance for best ESD protection of electronic parts
• Change of POS as a function of aging time is much smaller, compared to the conventional major cover tapes, which provides much more stable storage stability
