Product Features

Air wiping device is positioned above the Zinc pot.
Cold air is blown onto the liquid metal layer by two Air nozzles located on either side of the Zn plated strip to control the coating thickness.

The Air nozzle supporting mechanism enables the adjustment of the air jet impingement angle on the strip.

The Sink roll and Stabilizing rolls are supported by two arms hanging from a transverse beam where ends are resting on frames anchored in floor on either side of the Galvanizing furnace.
