PERFECT BINDING MACHINE Description

This machine is perfect binding machine with live clamps. It is specially designed for manual feeding pre-gathered book block in which case, online machines such as auto-gathering machines, auto-conveying machines, etc. which are combination with binders are no longer needed. Its working process includes; feeding book block manually, vibrating book block to make it orderly, spine milling (depth of adjustable milling from 0.6 to 6 mm), spine notching (notching adjustable from 0.3 to 0 mm) spine gluing, side gluing, cover feeding, cover nipping, book conveying, etc. Thus the perfect binding of paper-bound books is accomplished.

    The ideal machine is safe, reliable, practical and easy to operate. It is quite suitable for the small and medium-sized printing plants as well as the printing houses of offices, universities and colleges also for binding small batches of books in the large-sized printing plants.
