Sodium Cyanide has applied to the various uses such as an industrial chemicals for gold extraction, electroplating, production of metallic cyanides for electroplating, an intermediating for other chemicals, and production of hydrocyanic acid for organic synthesis.
Taekwang Ind. Co., Ltd. established a sodium cyanide plant with 21,000 metric tons of the annual production capacity in April 1997. Most of the sodium cyanide is supplied to the overseas gold mines and chemical plants around the world. The other is supplied to the manufacturers who produce electroplating and chemicals in Korea.
Taekwang sodium cyanide is a white crystalline solid in a briquette form and a toxic chemicals produced by the synthesis of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen cyanide which is made in the Taekwang acrylonitryle plant. We quarantee that this process is safe in view of the production, storage and transportation as well as the protection of environment.
