Brief
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic with high activity against majority of the gram-positive micro-organisms and some negative microorganisms; as well as Protozoa and big viruses as : cocci, Corynebacterium spp, Clostridium spp, Erys; rhusiopathiae suis, pasteurella spp, Spirochaeta spp; vibrio, Mycoplasma, Leptospira spp; Brucella spp, Rickettsia, Haemophilus, big virusis of basophilia type of the group of psittacosis and trachoma etc.
Machanisim of the function
Tylosin is mainly in the form of tylosin base in the body. Tylosin inhibits the biosynthesis of bacterial protein by binding nucleotides and as a result amino acidscan not join into the peptide synthesis and finally bacterial die. By this way, tylosin treats the infectious diseases.
